This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of PicPost subscription services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Subscription Plans
PicPost offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: ₹119 per month
- Annual Plan: ₹1190 per year (equivalent to ₹99.17 per month)
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Using the "Cancel Subscription" button in your profile dropdown on the PicPost website
- Contacting our support team at hello@picpost.social
- Managing your subscription through your Razorpay account (if applicable)
Important: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or duplicate payment.
- Legal Requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired
- Partial refunds for unused portions of monthly or annual subscriptions
- Refunds for subscriptions that have been used extensively (more than 50 AI generations)
- Refunds requested due to changes in personal circumstances or needs
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions that result in account termination
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@picpost.social with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of subscription purchase
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal.
7. Pro-rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
8. Payment Method Changes
If your payment method fails or expires, we will attempt to notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment information. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
9. Disputes
If you have any disputes regarding charges or refunds, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
